You tube woes again

Running FF on W7, updated latest Adobe flash and disabled all Real Player plugins as advised but playback on Youtube is now very jerky. Have just uninstalled flash and the problem still exists. Is there an HTML5 problem, and anyone else experiencing this?

FF will not run Adobe flash due to security issues.

I think Ive cracked it. In FF Tools/Options/Advanced untick Hardware Acceleration. Restart FF. Seems to work ok now.
