Laptop refuses to connect to Internet.
I've been using my laptop for years to connect to me wi-if but today it's refusing point blank to connect. Taken it back to a restore point, but still nothing.
My iPad and phone are connecting no problem.
Any ideas please?

Are you using Windows 8, 8.1 or 10?
Have you recently, knowingly or blindly, updated Windows?
Win updates often destroy my wireless connection. I usually have to reinstall my wireless adaptor software to restore my 'ppruneability' (other websites are available)
