Extract Spreadsheet Data

HI

I have an app that's downloaded data to email and the data is all in one column of the SS.

ie.

14:05:29,06:47:5.538,69.364414,70.129228

How can I easily extract the comma separated values in Open Office?

The easiest thing to do is to paste the data into a text file. Then save it with the extension .csv and open it with a spreadsheet program - it should prompt you as to how you want to deal with it, if it doesn't automatically detect the delineator. Excel 2010 auto-detected the sample you provided and parsed it into 4 columns from a file with a .csv extension.
