iPad app for simulator checking use

Does anyone in here know if there is an airline training department that has/uses an app for checking or assessment on simulator check rides. I wonder if we all still transfer notes from paper into the desktop to create a profcheck form.

BA Cityflyer use an app for recurrent sim checks. I believe the CAA forms are still completed on paper but for sim checks all other paperwork is done on the iPad .

Not an iPad app but Jet2 complete all training forms by computer.

As do Thomson. Again not currently an Ipad app, but being developed to be web based and accessible on any tablet including Ipad.
