iPad and pprune links
I use an iPad and just recently I have found that links on this site will not open.
I can use links on other sites but not PPRUNE.
Any one had similar experience? If so any solutions?
Thanks

iPad and pprune links
I had a recurrent problem where forum would only open in a small window. I deleted the link from the IPad & iTunes, rebooted & reinstalled - now it works perfectly, full screen. No idea what was wrong initially though....

OP: bit of a guess but it could be due to Prune's recently introduced (ostensibly click-counting) mirror / link system. Here is a link from another thread I just copied as an example:
As you can see the click is, as far as I can tell, counted once by "viglink" and once by Prune's vBulletin. (disclaimer: I really am not an expert in this area)
Such aburdly long URLs and/or large number of redirections might cause a problem with an iPad.
Code:

viglink
Same problem here but I'm using an iMac and none of the posted links on PPRuNe will open. Using Firefox and everything is up to date. Disabling Viglink didn't work either as per a Google search that revealed others are having similar issues.
