Live webcam question.
Hi all. Whilst i was doing a search for live atc (to help someone out on my forum...) i came accross this webcam.
Webcam.
You can move it all over the place and zoom in. I was wondering how this worked?. There must be hundreds of people using it and and it always looks where i want it to look. Just baffles me how these things work....
So, anyone know how its done?
