Search term highlighted in red.
I had cause to search for a term recently, and the word was highlighted in red (as expected), but it continued to be red in subsequent viewings of contributions that contained the word.
I changed the search word, and that, too, continues to display in red wherever it appears.
Is this a 'glitch'?
Is there a way to cancel this (such a entering an impossible search term)?
Didn't work - maybe it has to be a possible, but unlikely term?
That didn't work, either, but an alternative positive term has changed it.

I've often wondered, if you posted that page as say, a link on PPRuNe, would others see your red highlight, or is it only on the PC that seeks the page?
Why don't I try it?
There had to be Rounds in a gun topic thinks I. And there was. Is the word red to others?

Edit to say, Not when I look at the permalink, but it still is on the search.
