Accessing PST file in W8

How do you access the PST file in W8?

In earlier versions of Windows you go: C; Docs & Settings;
Me; Local Settings; Application Data; Microsoft; Outlook

In W7 you go: C; Users: Me: App Data; Local; Microsoft; Outlook

In W8 once I get to Me there is no option to go to App Data
