BA.Com from Spain

Anyone got any suggestions as to how to make ba.com work from spain at the moment ?
Presumably it is something to do with the strike that it does not work.

And to answer myself - it seems to be the firefox browser that it does not like.

Works on mine from the UK (FF19.0) - what message are you getting?

Simply hangs up while looking for flights. Firefox 19.0.2.

I have done what I wanted using IE.

What puzzles me is that there are not more complaints about the BA website as I find it very unreliable.

Why not contact them?

Either the website feedback or Customer relations.

I'm sure they would be pleased to hear about website problems so that they can look into them.

OK - now I know the problem detail I can confirm 'no problem' with FF19.0.

You are joking.

In my experience the site has actually worked on about 70% of the occasions on which I have tried to use it over the last 10 years.

There has never been any sign of improvement and I have never recieved any feedback when pointing out problems.

Most of the time when I go into it to try to make a booking I get :

Application is about to restart

This has to be updated by a message resource label.
I have reported it to them several times but they don't seem to care, so I use another carrier.
