Icons in Win7 (Quick Start)

XP allows me to look at them properties for these with a rt click. Win7 offers open or unpin. How can I see the properties of these?

Example below; I right clicked on media player quick start icon, it presents you with the options, you'll have the shortcut there to which you can then right click and select properties:

Absolutely! I assumed (silly me) that clicking on 'Media Player' would just open it. Thanks.
