Trojan Horse via Pprune?
I clicked on pprune to open it up this morning (0920Z), and a millisecond later Avast popped up telling me that it had blocked a Trojan horse.
I know that most Trojan horses, and the like, are sent unwittingly, but I'm a bit surprised.
I clicked for details, but it actually provided none; it was an invitation to buy the paid-for product.

Issues like these usually result from ads coming through our networks. In such cases, we need the name of the advertiser and the destination link URL of the ad. That helps us track down the ad. Thanks!

Another way would be to block all ads using ff adblock, android adfree etc, but don't admit to this in the presence of a mod.
Oh, er, hello Clee, no, nothing, just chatting with the guys, I'll be off then, hat, gloves, parka, kite, bye now.
