Mystart and how to be rid of same?

Bro Draper's puter has a bar across the browser screen calling itself MYSTART,it sits annoyingly underneath the tool bar taking up page space apparently doing nothing, inside it bares the legend,By Incredibar,
Normally I know how to be rid of things like errant unwanted toolbars and such but I cannot find this buggah anywhere, not in addons or in another places these swinish things hide themselves.
Dunno how long it has been there,it only proved annoying when he had to scroll down to read the bottom of a page of text he was trying to print out.
Anybody got any experience of this incredibar thingy
PS he is running windows xp pro and mozilla firefox

In Google chrome you need to go to Settings and then in the Settings sub-menu you can select the default search from the drop down list or use the Manage Search Engines button to go into a dialogue which will let you delete it.

I think Firefox also has a Manage Search Engines option somewhere.

IncrediBar toolbar can be uninstalled by going to Control Panel and selecting Add/Remove Programs. But for some reasons, the folks at Perion forgot to mention that there’s also an application called Web Assistant. It must be uninstalled as well.
