Verified online voting - Russia

Hi All,

Aparently the Russian opposition has held an online vote for their next leader. Does anyone know how they did it? i.e. how they remotely verified voters and stopped duplicate votes?

Given that its just the party voting for their leader, there's no real reason for it to be free and fair ....

There are a variety of ways they could do it. The most likely would simply be using OTPs (One Time Passwords) which do what they say on the tin.
