Online booking, mainteance and aviation software
We are starting a small charter business in the tropics. Any recommendations for any must have pieces of software for running the business that you have used?
We are going to need a reservations system, personel, maintenance and the likes

Not sure about any that exist already, but from what you have described, it sounds like you need a simple "asset management system", a plane or staff member being an asset, and the maintenance and keep of them being the management.
A decent programmer could probably design you a simple database for each thing, and a simple web browser based application to interact with the database, as in reading from it, writing to it etc.
Might not be useful to you at all, but thought I'd offer some help.
