'clicking' and crashing in IE6

.. anyone else get this? Whilst browsing, suddenly IE6 will crash with a 'clicking' noise from the speakers.. no option but to give the system the old 1 finger salute (yep, 3 fingers dont work!) it used to happen on IE5.5 too (that on W95, now on W98SE but same PC).

Use www.opera.com instead, as it's faster and far more crash resistant.
If it does crash, it wont bring down the entire computer with it, and it'll pick right up where it left off, too.
Far more options to play with, so you can set it up how you like.

Used to see this as well. Seemed to be the system thinking that a mouse button was being held down.
Check your mouse connections and the mouse itself (When did you last clean the fluff from under the ball?)
