Hi I have one of these, needless to say running the android os. I get issues with people trying to call and it going straight to anwsering service etc. And sometimes text messages are not delivered to hours afterwards. Sometimes it takes a text coming in to trigger the others to come in.

Any idea's

In the UK I've found that stuff seems to have more to do with the network than the phone?

Daughter has one. Have heard on internet of various issues, but not that one. As 42 says, is the issue more to do with the network?
