HP iPaq 4700 cannot access from PC
When trying to upgrade the ROM from my laptop (Vista), the program
stopped and the Pocket PC "froze" with just a HP logo showing in the center.
Access cannot be made anymore because the PPC needs to have ActiveSync
installed. This is where I am in a round-about. I cannot load anything to the
PPC to make the thing talk to my laptop !
Apparently there is a way of getting the programs loaded, but I have not
been able to find anything that I can use.
Any leads would be welcomed

you've turned it into a brick doorstop....
however the chap in this thread managed to bring one back to life
To do it you're going to need another working iPaq, or else a copy of the ROM image
