"Not solitaire" meaning against other people, e.g. Hong Kong style? In that case, why not play online?
I don't do it myself, and would never play for money, so so I can't recommend a particular site. (I just looked at a couple, but they're asking for too much personal information.)

Having played it for real for several years in China I tried the version above. It is very slow and lacks any viabrancy but it does teach you the game. Try it without the numbers and it gets much more interesting. I only did the trial version; the main download is probably better but it didn't get me excited enough to try.
