Simple excel question
Morning all,
I have an excel chart, representing some data relating to questions that have been asked.
There are 20 questions and in each case there is a preferred answer, the chart shows the percentage of total respondents who gave the preferred answer in each case.
Thus for Q1 the value is 37% for Q2 its 81% for Q3 its 64%.
Excel nicely charts this in a bar graph with Q1,Q2,Q3 along the X axis. Now I want to re-sort the data so that the X axis displays the values in the order of the highest percentage first i.e:
Q2, Q3, Q1
Now the irritating thing is that I've done this before, and I'm sure its very easy. But I can't remember how to do it.
Any help would be much appreciated

Groundbased,
Do a custom sort, Largest to Smallest on your raw data. The graph will automatically update. (I'm using Off 2010)
If you dont want to see the questions displayed out of order after the resort, ie: 4, 1, 2, etc, copy and paste your data to another part of the SS, resort then graph on that info.
