Johnny Castaway and Windows 7
I've come over all nostalgic.
Is there any way one can safely load "Johnny Castaway" in Windows 7 (64 bit), please? FWIW, I am using Google Chrome.
Thanks in advance for any responses!

From: Dublin, Ireland. (No, I just live here.)
Never heard of it before, but if it's the one described on this page, it will not work on a 64-bit OS. I just tried the "Vista" version, and can confirm that. I did the following:
- copied the SCR file to the Windows directory;
- in Screensaver settings, select "Screen Antics", then "Preview"
- error: "The version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running".
I tried various compatibility options, but no go. (A SCR file is actually an EXE file, internally, you can rename it and run it directly with specific command line arguments.)

Thank you, BNT, Milo Minderbinder (I am still eating your chocolate covered cotton, BTW!), and Taxi Dual for your kind responses.
Not quite what I had hoped to read, but much appreciated nevertheless.
