Windoze Updates

Done it to me again...an update that updates then does it again with the same update everytime I log off. Emailed them and told them to get their !!!! together...not that that will make any diff.

I had this a while back with an XP update. Eventually Googling found the solution (which I cannot remember!). Can I assume you have done that?
