I.Tunes Store Access Problems

Does anyone know if there is a problem with accessing the I.Tunes store?

Everytime I have tried in the last week it just times out. I'm not sure but the problem may have started when I downloaded the latest version of I.Tunes (10.4.1).

Check the date/time settings of your machine, iTMS will not let you log in if the settings are wrong.
Are your Apple-ID credentials set correctly?

Thanks Mac

I have now discovered that I have the same problem on my PC and both Laptops. Several different versions of I.Tunes being run.

I have run the I.Tunes diagnostic which says that the connection to the secure server is not working. I have run the trouble shoot from the Help and support to no avail.

I have now emailed Apple support in the hope that I might get a resolution.
