Screaming chipmonk alert?
T'other thread reminded me.
One of my brothers gives me a call on Skype now and then. The screeching little chipmunk I'm greeted with is hysterically funny. Back in the days of speeded-up tape, nothing like this was ever produced. Very, very fast, an octave or more up and metallic, he rattles on until he hears my laughter. I'm normal, (no jokes) and he's a chipmunk.
One of us re 'dials', and he's normal for the rest of the session. It's only him, and about 30% of his calls.
Any ideas?
