Error message and missing images(photos)

I am using Mozilla Firefox and XP. When moving to another website or thread I occasionally get the error message:

"Error loading CProgram Files\Common Files\Paretologic\UUS2\UUS.dll "
"Specified Module could not be found"

If I 'clear' the message by clicking the 'X' the message disappears. But I am no wiser as to the reason for the loss of the file. Any ideas as to what it is and whether I can locate /replace it and how please?

Recently I seem to have lost the ability to see the photographs posted by other members of the forum( I have never been able to view Photobucket prints any way) but this is also a recent occurrence,as is the inability to view Youtube videos.

Are these items connected. Do I have a software /hardware problem?
