My boss has told me to enter my weekly timesheets as a monthly workbook.
I have a weekly template, so obviously I fill in as before and save for that particular week. I have opened a workbook and set 4 sheets for the month. But copying and pasting to each sheet isn't working.
I know I'm a numpty when it comes to IT!!!

Copying and pasting to each sheet WILL work. You may want to check whether you're actually grabbing anything with the copy (i.e. you'll need to highlight the area in the sheet you want to copy, and then paste to the new sheet).

If I understand you correctly, you have one sheet and wish to duplicate it. If so try this:
Right click on the worksheet tab and choose "move or copy"
In the dialogue box that appears, scroll down the second window and highlight "(move to end)"
Check the "create a copy" box at the bottom
Click OK.
You can then re-name each tab/worksheet and amend any details as required.
