If you are referring to BT Staff, it's mostly "bt.com" irrespective of whether they are working for Retail, Wholesale, Operate or any of the other BUs.

However beware, senior staff members (or just people with common surnames) can have obfuscated addresses .... e.g. "john.3.smith@" (random invented example !).

@btinternet.com and @btopenworld.com are interchangeable, i.e. point to the same account.

There are also a few old @btinternet.co.uk ones and they are not interchangeable.
