Outlook & G-Mail

I use Outlook for my email. I use Google mail as my main address. Outlook picks mail up from my Google Mail account. I have deleted a number of things from my Outlook In box and deleted box. Fortunately they are still in my Google Mail In box.

How do I get Outlook to re import messages (that it has already imported some time ago) from the Google Mail In box?

Do you use POP3 or IMAP with GMail?

The emails you have downloaded are moved to All Mail folder in Gmail. Move the emails you want to Inbox, mark them unread and in outlook try send/receive again. This should do the trick.
