need help with my toshiba netbook100 , windows wont start and i was wondering if u can factory set it without a disc as it hs no disc drive

I love a challenge, take a match stick or other non metallic item. At the rear you'll see a hole, insert (as above) allow 10 secs while pressing the metallic nipple inside the hole.
