SKY Snow Ice

Just had 12 hours without SKY service....wrong sort of snow on the LNB.?????

Ah, now that is interesting. Last evening had a 'courtesy call' from Sky asking if my service was ok. This is the first time they have contacted me about anything at all. Are they getting a raft of complaints, perhaps?

I think they call in areas forcast for bad weather to check if the service is being affected further afield . Luckily for me I had the correct snow , just a few jumps here and there
