OK, I'm an IT simpleton.
I have two "profiles" on my laptop (I am using Windows Vista), a "general" one, and my personal one.
Stupid question coming up: On my personal profile, I can type stuff. On the general one, I can't. I've fixed this before, but I can't remember how!
Someone, please help!!
