Internet Traffic Log on my USR9108

I've got three laptops plus a few other bits and bobs going through my wireless router ont to my DSL line. Needless to say, from time to time things seem to slow down.

So I thought it may be a good idea to log the traffic for a while and see exactly just what is happening. Unfortunately I am stumped as to how to go about this.

Is there a way to generate such a list off my U.S. Robotics Wireless MAXg ADSL Gateway?
