I will, with a certain sadistic pleasure, sent the link back to my Luddite friend. I'm sure his intentions were honorable though...as were mine.

A remodeling crises stopped me running it by Snopes. Wouldn't have taken long I suppose.

No problem. Can't be too careful I guess - but almost anything that says 'forward this to all of your mates' is suspicious. I only recognised it from the name which has been (relatively) well publicised.
