Saving Outlook 2003 emails
I'm looking at reformatting my C drive to clean it up. Does anyone know how to save the emails and calendar info from Outlook to an external drive then reload them on a 'clean' Outlook 2003 c/o Microsoft Office?

On outlook
FILE - import & export
select EXPORT TO A FILE
select PERSONAL FOLDER FILE (.pst)
..and the remainding actions are intuitive.
Then on the new system reimport this .pst file.
Works fine.

Create a new Personal Store (PST) file or files for each folder you want to backup.
Copy to backup.
Or use the "Export" function (it basically does the same thing).
Read the help file.
