NETSCAPE caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff7b992.
Registers:
What the hell does that mean and what do I do to fix it?
It occurs as I close things down, so it is more of an annoyance than anything. Not all programs but some.
I have rescently reformated my HDD and reinstalled windows 98.
Yes I know, if it anit broke, don't try and fix it........

Try going to "Start; Run, and type in "sfc" (without the quotes).
This will run "system file check", and will ask you to put in your Win98 CD Rom if any files are corrupted.
Follow the instructions on screen, and allow windows to repair any files it suspects are damaged. You have the option to backup existing files (recommended).
Hopefully, all may be well after you have completed this little repair process.
