Help....my pages will not load!

Is anyone out there suffering from the same problem? Some PPRuNe pages only load as far as the 'All registered users may reply to this topic' line, and sometimes it takes up to 4 reloads before it comes good.

I'm using a Mac laptop, and I am connecting from a third world country (PNG). Any info greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance
