How do I hit at Hackers?

I keep getting my ports probed, "sounds painfull"
I want to know where I can get the software to have a go back at the IP address that has probed me.
I want to hack the hacker...
Any help would be welcomed.

How do you know you are being probed???

1. install a firewall on your system
2. ensure port 139 is closed
3. for tools to trace the prober, go to download.com and look for network utilities

So far, the Zone Alarm software makes this computer invisible, yet I have full access to everything on the internet.
