Icons ???

I have recently began to insert a dancing frog in my Signature. The problem I have encountered is the following.
- My signature will be shown but only the HTML for the dancing frog will appear, not the actual frog.
-I have noticed that if I insert in the post, the dancing frog, it then enables it in my signature as well. I end up with two dancing frogs.
Why is that then ?

I use those gifs a lot, looked at putting one in my signature, but noticed it says there where you put in your signature that it does NOT accept images........
