Ah! now I find out that it must be an image out there on the net - NOT on my hard drive! ("if all else fails, read the instructions!")
Perhaps THIS will work ...

Gottit now Slasher - thanks! Now I also know why the picture looks odd on my delphi page - it's the bl00dy border!

ExSim yeh you cant post gifs etc from your hard drive. Only way to do that is email the pic to Danny who might post it on the forum for you.
Try hitting EDIT on me or Blackys post above and observe how the UBB Code is used. Thats how I learnt to do it.
