Recommendations please

Can anyone recommend webs sites that have free downloadable web publishing software, or do i have to go out and buy off the shelf for something like 'Front Page Express' (anyone know how much these retail for, or the cheapest place to buy on line also?).

The latest version of IE5 has FP Express as part of the package. Ludicrous 22meg download from MS - find it on any PC magazine CD.

You can also download one of the very best of search engines for free. It is simple and will get you many answers and more.

It is COPERNIC 2000. www.copernic.com will get you on to the page and there ya go!
