It must be here... somewhere

I just know I' must be overlooking this, but I'm damned if I can find it.....
I just upgraded to Win'98 and I can't seem to locate the option to refresh web pages with each visit. Certainly it's here somewhere.... right?!

Shift + F5 is the shortcut refresh to force your browser to obtain the latest page as opposed to the cached version on your hard drive.
