Question 3 Questions - any answers?

Ok, who can help me with these:

1. When the monitor "comes out of" the screensaver the picture seems to be alot better. The colors are brighter and the picture seems more "crisp". Is this really the case or is it just how my eye perceives it?

2. When I visit an internet site, how much info can this site get on me. For example, is it logged from which site I came from and what site I went to after exiting this one. Can any personal data be "extracted" if I have specified these in the browser?

3. Sometimes when trying to load an image (of an airplane...) only half of the image loads, if I try to refresh - same thing. Whats the deal?

thanks,

Skunks

The answer to number 2 can be alarming. Try going to

www.grc.com

and go to the Shields Up! test. It greeted me by name

Can't help with the other two.

A1: Seems like your monitor is getting old. If it's not, have it checked out, unless you can live with it.

Q3: Are you loading it from the internet, from your hard drive, using which program?
