Question NTLWorld

Does anyone have problems with their e-mail taking a while (like a day or so) to get to it's destination. Or is it just mine.

Wink

It's just yours.
Occasionally this can happen with any ISP, it depends on the route the mail has to take, if a gateway/server doesn't for some reason understand where it is supposed to route the mail, I believe, it gets bounced back and forward a certain amount of times until it either goes through or you get one of those undeliverable auto mails. Now depending on how many gateways this has to go through can actually mean an e-mail taking many many hrs to get through, sometimes days even, especially if you are sending to a companys intranet system, they don't always like mail from outside. Hope that helps. I use ntlworld and up to now have had no problems. The only ones that used to take a long time were when my wifes employers set up their own system and it used to get there the next day, however they have now tweaked it and it is instantanious.
