Yes - similar here. Seemed to install OK but any attempt to log-on produced multiple reported attempts to initialise (57 !!!). None of these attempts activated the modem. I kept AOL6 installed and have now dumped 7 and reverted. Have been with AOL since I started and their upgrade history seems to head inexorably downhill. I still have AOL3 on board and it will log-on much faster than 6 and show 56K as the working speed. 6 shows anything between 30K and 42 K. Presumably, by the time we get to AOL 10 we can revert to 9600 baud modems !! <img src="mad.gif" border="0">

No problem loading, and I took the option of having my AOL6 files moved automatically to AOL7.
But, I do have a problem ...
When I click on a link to another page on a website, it will not open the new page unless I reload the existing page. It just shows "Done", even though it hasn't moved.
This happens most often when I have followed a link to a 2nd page, and try to follow a link to a 3rd.
Anyone else experienced this?
Any ideas?

Unless you deleted AOL6 before checking AOL7 was working, your old data should still be there.
Try looking for it with Windows Explorer, and copying the files to AOL7.
Or, try using your old version to see if the data is still there.
