My computer is easily accessable so I often change my password to allow log on to the internet.
When i suspect that someone else has been using my system I log onto my provider & check my account.
There are log on's that it would be physically impossible for me to do due to the time & date of same.
Someone told me you can actually retrieve the password?
As I'am not as smart with computers as I would like to be, could someone help get me back to a secure system?

Do you suspect people of using your terminal with your account,or do you suspect people using your account from another terminal?
where is your terminal?
How do you connect to your provider (isdn,pstn cable?)
How do you authenticate (simple clear text password, onetime password etc)
just a few basic questions to start ;-)
