Transferring PSION info to PALM applications ?

I have used PSION'S for years and am looking to buy a PALM for it colour screen, size and internet capability.

However . . .

Can I transfer the information from PSION data, agenda and word files accross?

I have years of info and couldn't be bothered to copy it long hand (so to speak).

Anyone handled this situation?

Yes,

I synchronised my Psion data with Outlook. Then I installed the Palm Hotsync softwareand synchronised Outlook with the Palm.

All contacts, to-do lists, memo's and Calander data transferred.
