Post outlook

Does anyone know where MS Outlook NOT Outlook Express keeps the address book? I am trying to back it up but, being my usual incompetent self with computers, cannot find it.
Thanks

Click on the file menu, then "export" the address book to somewhere and save it. I don't use Outlook any more but when I did thats how I used to backup.

Thank you for the responses. Unfortunately, the import/export facility was not installed originally and I do not have the cd's any more. I was hoping someone would know what the file is called and where it is kept so I could just copy it to a floppy. Thanks anyway.

Do a search for any *.wab (windows address book) files. I believe that Outlook and Outlook express share the same address book.

Click on [Tools]
Click on [Services...]
Choose the "Addressing" tab
Highlight the Address Book entry
Click on [Properties]

This should show you exactly where the AB hangs out.

Good Luck...TAFO
