Contact address for zone alarm?

Buggered if I know what I've done...but...for some reason zone alarm has started to prevent me from logging on to any internet web page.

The programme quite happily tells me that it has blocked access to whatever site I am trying to log on to.

Any thoughts...or contact address for zonelabs?

Bear Cub,

Expand the ZoneAlarm icon (double-click it)so you get the full zone Alarm window and set use the "security", "programs" and "configure" buttons to adjust your settings. Somehow the software has set the security so you can't log onto anything. You should be able to adjust it to suit your requirements.

Thanks Crit...but it doesn't work.

I've removed every single file ZoneAlarm file from the system (following an extensive e-mail from the guys themselves) and re-loaded.

It still blocks absolutely all traffic - no matter what.

Wierd things going on.
