Script error
Whilst viewing this site a message keeps popping up labelled "Internet Explorer Script Error". It says "An error has occurred in the script on this page". It doesn't stop me viewing the page but its become quite frequent and is getting annoying. It doesn't seem to occur on any other web site.
I would be grateful for any ideas on how to get rid of this.
Many thanks.

It's probably coming from a particular advert banner. Nothing you can do except turn off scripting in your browser. But then you'd have to turn it on again for other sites. Actually I have scripting set to 'Prompt' all the time - after a while you get to recognize which sites actually need it and which just use it for show/annoyance
(edited to say that's not how you spell prompt !)

Thank you all for your help with this. First I tried Microsoft support but that didn't clear it so I took the other advice and upgraded my browser. And it worked! Marvellous. No more annoying messages.
Thanks again.
