Question MS FrontPage Express

I wanted to edit an HTML file recently using MS FrontPage Express which I've done many times before. On trying to start FPE, I keep getting the following error :

" FPEXPRESS.EXE file is linked to missing export MFC40.DLL:5782 "

I've removed and reinstalled FPE from CD, and downloaded it in case there's a newer version or some sort of compatibility problem. But all to no avail - any ideas folks?

Have you tried searching for the file "MFC40.DLL" to see if it reside on your hard drive?
