Cool

I use EZCD Creator 5 by Roxioand nero burningromsome things are better done with one than the other. I prefer ezcd for video cd's and audio and nero for other stuff, you just have to play about abit to find which suits best. A demo of nero can be downloaded for evaluation not sure about ezcd though. It is not recommended to have 2 different burning software on your system however you can download a boot menu from ahead that allows you to select your default software which can be changed at boot up if you want to.

Just a couple of extra points. The choice between EZCD and Nero (by "ahead" in Germany) may be dictated by the OS (W2000 or ME etc) and by whether your CDRW hardware is supported by the burning software. WinME is very good for this but W2000 is difficult and much bad press has resulted about it. Both Web sites will tell you whether the hardware is supported.

I have created a special "user" called "CD Writer". "He" has no screensaver (never use them anyway), power saving schemes or anything that may demand processor activity or resource sharing during the writing process. Roxio, in particular, warn about such things. If there was a way to stop the VirusScan, Scan Soft's Instant Access and the network running for this User I would. They can be disabled manually (except VirusScan) but that's a pain.
